The Citcommentator was a newsletter published by the "Citcom Clan." The Citcom Clan was a social organization open to all Carnegie Tech communter students who were not already a member of a fraternity or sorority.

The Citcommentaror originally published bi-weekly, but was later published on a monthly basis. It included announcements for events and other campus activities, a regularly gossip column, and editorials related to the concerns of commuters.
